Description
Have you browsed Jawoll Baby's Etsy shop but couldn't find the right color or size?
No problem! Together we will find the perfect long-sleeved dress for you and your child.
Select your required size in the dropdown and write me your desired color(s) in the personalization requests.
Here the choice between wool, merino wool or cashmere / cashmere-silk mix is particularly important.
I always have a wide selection of colors in stock and can often show you several suggestions.
If you don't find what you're looking for, I can easily cancel your order and we can try again at a later date.
Since I do upcycling with damaged sweaters, each sweater is only available once, so you get a completely unique piece in the end.
About the dress:
Jawoll Baby is a gender-neutral label – the dress is also designed to be unisex.
This way, girls and boys alike can wear what they love.
The simple cut means it can be combined in many different ways and worn with or without trousers underneath.
It has an airy cut and offers plenty of room to move around.
The hem of the dress ends at about the knee between the two sizes. The loose cut means it will grow with your child by at least 2 sizes and can be worn much larger.
The drop-down shoulders also allow the dress to grow with the arm area.
It can also be worn as a long shirt or as a nightdress.
The dress also supports families as diaper-free clothing when potty training and drying off.
You can find more diaper-free clothing in the shop in the corresponding category.
Wool is a wonderful natural material: it regulates temperature, is breathable, dirt-repellent and odor-resistant. These are all properties that make wool an ideal material for baby and children's clothing.
However, breeding sheep for wool production is harmful to the climate and involves animal suffering.
A sustainable alternative is the use of existing resources: Jawoll Baby gives damaged wool sweaters a new life and makes the valuable resource wool usable again.
The orange thread from Jawoll Baby: Wool is biodegradable - polyester yarn is not. When the textile's usage cycle is over, you can see at a glance through the orange seams where you can separate the thread and wool and thus enable recycling. Only separated materials can be recycled in the household waste.
For any small holes that may appear during use, I will include a piece of the original fabric with your order. This way you can repair your favorite piece and use it for a long time.
Washing and care instructions are included with your order.
