Shopping at Tildi
Tildi is the sustainable marketplace for children - we bring together the pre-owned range of the best retailers and brands.
We select our partners carefully and guarantee that they are reputable suppliers who carefully maintain their goods and check them for quality.
Ordering and payment are handled via Tildi. However, the purchase contract is concluded between you and the individual sellers.
This also means that if you buy from several shops or sellers, you will receive several packages. Some sellers ship for free, others don't. This can add up to shipping costs. To optimize this, you can also optimize your shipping costs in the range of individual retailers.
Through Tildi, retailers only offer products that are already in circulation and are now looking for a second home.
These are classic second-hand products, but also upcycling (e.g. a men's shirt becomes a child's dress), refurbished products (e.g. refurbished strollers) and second season (new goods that come from product range liquidations or that retailers can no longer sell due to a change in product range).
All sellers make every effort to display the products as accurately and true to color as possible and to show and present any defects. However, deviations can occur. Please contact us directly - our sellers will try to clarify the matter. Tildi is also happy to help you with any questions.
Shipment
Each seller has their own shipping policies and costs. You can view these under Shipping .
If you have items from multiple sellers in your shopping cart, the shipping costs of each seller will be added together.
Click on the respective seller to optimize your shipping costs. Many sellers offer free shipping for certain minimum order values .
Each seller ships to the countries they offer. You can find this out using the filter, for example.
If you accidentally have something in your shopping cart that is not available for delivery to your country, you will not be able to check out.
The seller(s) should provide you with shipment tracking, terms and conditions and cancellation policy after receiving and processing your order. If you do not receive any information, please contact the seller or us directly.
Service (Payment, Returns & Returns)
After clicking the order button, the payment window opens. However, this may take a few seconds in some cases.
Payment by credit card and Giropay is currently possible. Since we work in accordance with Bafin, we are unfortunately unable to offer PayPal at the moment.
All our sellers are commercial providers and must therefore offer you a 14-day right of withdrawal.
You will receive separate information about this in the package or in an email. If you are not satisfied with a product and you have not received any information about it, please contact us via contact@tildi.shop .
