For winter, I recommend cozy cashmere or warm wool. In summer, light wool protects sensitive baby skin (e.g. in a carrier) from UV radiation.

The leg warmers are also a great support when you are going diaper-free with your baby or can replace pants when you are potty training.

The cuffs are available in 3 sizes:
Size 1: approx. 0 to 6 months, length 23.5 cm, width 8.5 cm
Size 2: approx. 6 to 12 months, length 25.5 cm, width 9.5 cm
Size 3: approx. 1 – 3 years, length 28.5 cm, width 10.5 cm
(Age information when worn on the legs, size 3 also fits adults on the arms)

Since I do upcycling with damaged sweaters, each sweater is only available once, so you get a completely unique piece in the end.

Wool is a wonderful natural material: it regulates temperature, is breathable, dirt-repellent and odor-resistant. These are all properties that make wool an ideal material for baby and children's clothing.
However, breeding sheep for wool production is harmful to the climate and involves animal suffering.
A sustainable alternative is the use of existing resources: Jawoll Baby gives damaged wool sweaters a new life and makes the valuable resource wool usable again.

The orange thread from Jawoll Baby: Wool is biodegradable - polyester yarn is not. When the textile's usage cycle is over, you can see at a glance through the orange seams where you can separate the thread and wool and thus enable recycling. Only separated materials can be recycled in the household waste.
For any small holes that may appear during use, I will include a piece of the original fabric with your order. This way you can repair your favorite piece and use it for a long time.
