Our goods are tested

When the products arrive, we check them for functionality and clean them. Depending on the product category, we either carry out these steps ourselves or hand them over to partners. Any defects are described explicitly and transparently so that you know what you are getting.

 

Our prices are objective

We evaluate all product features objectively and set fair prices. We apply different criteria to this, such as the brand, the condition, the materials and the current demand.

14-day right of withdrawal

We make a lot of effort to show the second-hand items at their best. If you have purchased something that does not meet your expectations, please contact us. We will try to find a good solution. Regardless, you can of course cancel the purchase within 14 days. You can read more about this here.
