Our segments
Second HandWe refer to second hand products as those that have previously been privately owned, regardless of their condition.
VintageWe refer to products that were produced a long time ago as vintage. These goods were mostly produced before the year 2000 and primarily in Europe. Their functionality is no longer guaranteed (e.g. the waterproofness of clothing) and are bought more because of their special style.
RefurbishedRefurbished products are primarily technical products that come from rentals or private households and have been professionally overhauled. They have a minimum one-year warranty from the seller.
ReworkedReworked products are primarily those in the home & living and clothing sectors. Here, the product from private households has been refurbished and repaired, with the original appearance being slightly or significantly changed.
RepairedWe refer to repaired products in particular from the toy and clothing sectors. Here, the product, which previously had a defect or fault, has been repaired. This may be visible, but may also not be noticeable.
upcyclingUpcycling refers to new products made from used materials, although they were usually originally a completely different product.
Second SeasonWe refer to new goods that are not part of the current collections as second season. We only buy these from smaller shops or online stores. Most of the time they have not found the right target group in their actual sales channel or have ceased their business activities.
Close to PerfectWe refer to Close to Perfect as products that are new but have small imperfections or defective/missing packaging and can therefore no longer be sold as new in other shops. These can be samples, display items or returns.
Our condition description
new
These products are new. This means they have never been privately owned. They still have hangtags and/or packaging.
mint condition
These products are new, meaning they have been previously owned but have not been used and still have hangtags or packaging.
Very good
These products are in very good condition. This means that there are no signs of wear and we cannot say whether they have been worn or used before. However, a hangtag or packaging is no longer present.
good
These products are in good condition. This means that there are slight signs of use. However, they do not have any major defects or heavy signs of use.
acceptable
Products that are described as acceptable show obvious signs of use. Any defects are mentioned in the description if possible.
